Job Description:
The HR Assistant will provide crucial support to the recruiting team, assisting with interview scheduling, managing calendars, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating recruiting events. This position requires someone highly organized and detail-oriented who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key player in ensuring the efficiency of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules for interviews, meetings, and events.
- Assist with high-volume interview days, ensuring all schedules are organized and timely.
- Handle administrative tasks like email correspondence, interview tracking, and event support.
- Coordinate travel and event logistics as needed.
- Manage a shared inbox to stay on top of recruitment activities.
- Support the HR team with various projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3+ years in coordination or a fast-paced work environment
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office required; SAP and Concur experience is preferred.
- Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.
- Bonus: Experience with heavy calendar management, even in non-corporate settings.
